We've activated our curiosity about who the ANZACs were. We learned that they were the New Zealand and Australian soldiers, nurses and all those involved in the wars many years ago. Some of us knew that 100 years ago (1915) there was a big war. We wear poppies to remember our special people who were there.
We were so lucky to have a visit from Alex and Oliver in Skippers. Alex showed us a uniform from his great grandfather who flew in the airforce. Felix was lucky enough to try it on. He practiced his salute. We remember how special it was to be a serviceman or woman during the war.
Lest We Forget.
